Springtime in Paris
Words of inspiration from Gayle Wollman were shared with all who were in attendance at the 2016 “A Charitable Evening”.
Good evening mesdames et messieurs, and welcome to our grand 12th Annual “A Charitable Evening.” As with other aspects of our lives, the first thing we want to do tonight is thank our Lord for His great love, and for the blessings He has given Zion Lutheran School throughout our history in Nampa. Secondly, we want to thank you for your support of Zion Lutheran School. For 55 years, Zion Lutheran School has been training up children in the way they should go, that when they are old, they will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6).
Tonight is a fun-filled night of fellowship with other Zion fans. Your presence is an encouragement to all of the staff and volunteers at Zion.
We need people like you- people who are dedicated to help raising children in the ways of the Lord, people who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure God’s children have an alternative to secular education, people who want to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our dying world. And so I thank you for everything you have done for Zion Lutheran in the past and everything you will do for our school this evening. Thank you and God bless!
